There's a nifty program called uudeview which when given a filename
offers to reconstruct just about any base64 or mime or uuencoded file
contained within, which is great when trying to grab a mime encoded
attachment off of some archived mailing list post by saving the html
page.

plank% uudeview 000011.html
Loaded from 000011.html: '' (adduser-ldap.patch): adduser-ldap.patch part 1 Base64

Found 'adduser-ldap.patch' State 16 Base64 Parts 1 OK

  -rw-r--r-- adduser-ldap.patch is OK [d] (?=help)
