You could 
        get an old ipaq 38xx 
        drop windows ce 
        install familiar with opie on top 

this is an HP semi-supported public version of the zaurus/Qt front end using a 
v2.4.19 kernel runs zaurus stuff pretty easily. 

Does everything you require.

You can pick up a 2nd hand ipaq v cheaply ~$250 on ebay.
