Generally PHP should be independent of the Apache version. As for sourcing 
RPM's you might try installing the RedHat 8.0 or RedHat 9 binary RPM's and 
failing that, grab the source RPMS and rebuild those. I'd rate Apache and 
PHP as a high chance of working with the RedHat 9 RPM's. You will most 
likely find yourself on a bit of an upgrade crusade of other supporting 
RPMS but I reckon you'll get there.
