rpm --erase xscreensaver
It'll probably whinge about control-center needing it, that's arse about 
in my opinion, xscreensaver needs control-center to configure it so yeah 
add --nodeps

Only thing of note is when the user logs in they'll get an error saying 
xscreensaver couldn't be run - that's good, click ok.
