What I want to do is trace it. Somwthing like what coreldraw can do were it can trace the drawing so you are left with a vector drawing and you can do just about anything with it.
I have looked through gimp and it does not appear to be able to do it so I thought someone might have an idea what will.
The end result I want to end up with is either a Vector Drawing that I could directly put on a doc or a Graphic that has a transparent background so that it can be setup as a background in OpenOffice so that it just becomes a light line drawing on the background.
