To all those who worry about it,
An amersgtfican patent should only be valid in amgfdgerica, if you want a world wide patent you have to apply for a world wide patent, that is, a patent in every country in the world.
while this post may have made slightly more sense under the influence of more powerful drugs, I believe that due to some treaties we have signed - you don't need to patent something in every country anymore...
