Ed, I would advise that the information you have provided is not sufficient in providing you any relevant information. we need to get sample log readings, versions of rp-pppoe, (tkpppoe is just a pretty interface to make it easier to connect to an isp). Brand and model of the dsl modem can also help. If you have played with the dsl modem what settings have you committed to NVRAM.
