the only other chief point of difference is shared calendaring using outlook as a front end. And the answer is 'not easily'. possible but not easily. Odds on the client might be able to get away with out shared calendaring. Although on the shared calendaring solutions that are commercial on linux, SBS 2k3 standard is cheaper than all of them unfortunately - and it offers a fair bit more. You have some stiff competition there. Do whatever solves the problem I say....
