Yep - MailScanner just released a new version (4.28.5-2) that does filename checking on password protected zips. So as long as you block *.pif/*.exe/ *.com/*.scr etc. You're home and hosed. http://www.mailscanner.info/ You may be able to rip out the perl code that is used to achieve this and build it into your own home-spun, procmail recipe or something.
