Yes. That version has
nfs-common
nfs-kernel-server
nfs-user-server running.
All three were restarted with no difference and the machine was rebooted
with no difference, aka same error.
and ps axf |grep rpc returns
rpc.statd
rpc.nfsd
rpc.mounted
