Hi everyone,

I've been compiling a 2.4.25 kernel for my gateway tonight (2.4.26
doesn't have the grsecurity patchset availible for it yet) and I've ran
into a problem with my Ethernet card. (A generic Intel Card).

Basically, every second time it boots up it hangs at:

"PCI: Enabling device 00:0d.0 (0000 -> 0003)
 PCI: Found IRC 11 for device 00:0d.0"

I then have to manually reboot it with the power switch. No kernel
panics as such -- the system just hangs with no activity.

Has anyone else experienced this or can point out anything to check to
see what might be causing the issue?
