Is there any way I can delete these entries from my own CUPS

same way?

its all controlled in the config file /etc/cups/cupsd.conf

like so :

# Browsing: whether or not to broadcast and/or listen for CUPS printer # information on the network. Enabled by default. #

Browsing Off

there are heaps of other options under that one
