I have been using a Billion ADSL router with wireless access point built
in. This is pretty cheap (about $150) and has four ethernet ports plus the
wireless. Every now and then it doesn't talk to TPG, but overall it has
been pretty reliable and gives me wireless around the house. I haven't
tried it with WEP, since that is broken on my Linux wireless drivers, so I
still use ssh for anything sensitive. Apart from that, all my Linux boxes
work fine, but I haven't a clue about Windows
