Hi, I have a linux gateway connected to the net (RedHat 9), with a small network hanging off it. I'd like to be able to regulate the flow of traffic to the separate (fixed) ip addresses on the network. Because some computers are hogging bandwidth, I'd like to be able to dynamically change quota on separate workstations.
