I've recently started working with typo3 cms (typo3.org); and, I'm extremely
impressed.

but, there is no free lunch: as typo3's docs state, if you're loooking for
something quick and simple, look elsewhere

/and, I hope your school will maintain the site, I've setup a small web site
with a 'cms' facility to update school's events schedule, and, spent time
showing how to, now, three years later, it's still not updated, hope your
school will take better care/
