I've just gone to the ATO site to download the latest tax scale (search for form NAT 1005 from the ATO home page) and what I get is a file called <distributor.asp>, which is obviously some M$ crap.
Since I steadfastly refuse to run a windows box on principle, what can I do with it to turn it into useful information? Is there any GOOD reason why the ATO should not provide the information as something like a tab-delimited spreadsheet format, given the essential and public nature of the data?
