www.cisco.com Trunking is dead easy on Cisco switches, provided the OS running on the switch is older than something like version 11. I suspect what you want is not, however, what Cisco calls trunking. "Trunking" in the Cisco world is a means of managing VLAN's - what you want is known as "etherchanneling" or an "etherchannel" - it's also easy to setup from the switch side of things, but I don't know how you'd go at the server end.
