Sluggers,
I'm looking for rpms for Mozilla 1.7 for Fedora Core 1, but don't seem to be having any luck. The 1.7 rpms that I downloaded need a later version of glibc.
"libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3.4) is needed by mozilla-1.7-0.3.2"
Not prepared to go there at the moment.
I've installed the tar ball version into /usr/local/mozilla but the fonts are terrible, compared to the fonts used by 1.6 via Rpm and I'd kind of like to keep the software management under rpm. Any pointers appreciated.
Second question, Mozilla Mail not specifically Linux related ;-).
User is receiving forward messages as attachments and wants to open the attachment (no problem) but then save it to another folder without the
forward wrapper. Claims this can be done in Outlook express, and I obviously want to defeat that argument. Does anyone know if this can be done in Mozilla Mail? I've opened the message right-clicked on the attachment and it's opened it as a distinct message in a new window, but I can get it to move or copy it as a descrete message to another folder,
Cluesticks?
TIA's
Pete
