no. I can't answer your question, but I'm replying anyway. I looked in to using jabberd as a sort of event notification system that people could tune in to if they wanted to. But I ran out of time and interest. It was a bit of a beast, anyway, but thought using jabber would have advantages on the client side. Still looking for an event management framework, something like eemu.
