[SLUG] Simple Search Engine

I'm running a LAP web server (Linux, Apache, PHP) and I'm looking for 
recommendations from sluggers for simple but effective software/tools 
for searching of the site content. The web page would just have a text 
field where users can type in key words and the search function would 
return links to the documents (html/php) found on the site that 
contained those words, order by some sort of relevance I guess would be 
neat to.
