I tried just now to download and install Horde 2.2.5 and IMP-3.2.5.
Got it working on my machine.
rpm's or tar's? I couldn't find any rpm's of [23].2.5
Does your mail server support UW-IMAP ? If not, I believe you can use POP though I have not tried.
It certainly supports imap - and in fact the exact same horde config I tried with [23].2.5 works with Horde 2.2.3 and IMP 3.2.1 from rpm's instead of tarballs.
Perhaps, you have to check your php installation. I used 'rpms'.
RPM's must include something that the INSTALL docs leave out or at least the tarball's do. Given time I will try the 2.2.3/3.2.1 tarballs.
