No. It's under "The PHP license", which is vaguely BSDish, but different. Stuff that; they're still freely distributing the kernel, the very thing they're having a big whinge about. The SCO landsharks are basically following the "how to lose a lawsuit in the most public way possible" handbook. Whether they're just incompetent, or following "someone's" directions, I don't know. - Matt
