Hi all, I saw the link posted to the speex files from 2004 linux.conf.au, but there seems to be something wrong with them.
They all appear to be 1 - 2 minutes long, but 10 MB speex files are not 1 - 2 minutes long. I'm using the windows build of speexdec to try and play them, it says the files are speex 1.0.2, and the decoder is 1.0.4, so i'm very puzzled. Do they play properly under xmms ? I'm trying to convert them to mp3 so I can listen to them in my car. I got a couple from the ottowa linux symposium to convert and they sound ok, so this did seem like a good idea when I started.
