Westpac's site presently has certain functions that don't work on anything
except IE, so I did a dummy spit at their help desk about it. Surprise,
surprise, I got a very personal phone call two days later about the
problem, and a follow up letter (snail mail!) that you might all be
interested in:

Dear Mr.McQuire

I thought I'd send on written correspondence to again thank you for your
most recent email and confirm our commitment to W3C/Accessibility
compliance. Following on from this project, we'll be focusing on the
ability of our entire web complex to function seamlessly regardless of the
rendering engine/OS used by customers.

The two bug bears for most of our non IE users are no access to Other
Accounts and the inability of Pay Anyone in Business Internet Banking to
function consistently (though it does work in Personal Internet Banking).

Finally, thanks for positive feedback you provided during our discussion,
it is greatly appreciated.
