Mandrake 10 provides a user-friendly install for NTP time server
connection but it doesn't seem to actually adjust my time.. the modem
light flickers but time doesn't change. I've tried uadelaide.edu.au and
saard.net... I've set location to Sydney.
I read the howto at
http://www.edfac.unimelb.edu.au/ed-it_ops/internet/ntp/unix.shtml ..
downloaded australasia zoneinfo file from munnari.oz.au, run zic to
update /usr/share/zoneinfo/Australia/Sydney.. still no dice. ???
