Now change it to use your ISP's time server instead. Judging by your email headers, that's iprimus. They have a time server at ntp.iprimus.net.au.
If you ISP is considerate enough to have a time server thats great. If you want a generic one for Australia, I think au.pool.ntp.org is a sensible approach.
