I complained to Westpac when speaking to a helpdesk, and to my shock I got a phone call from their IT dept. apologising and assuring me that these issues were being addressed, although it would take some time so sort through. I also got a follow up snailmail. If enough people dummy spit (in a nice way) often enough, I think it does have an effect.
