There'll be a nice web page there when I get time, but at least the code
is there now :-)  Feedback welcome.

A brief description of what it does:  logs output from the sensor(s)
into a flat file (reopens the file on SIGHUP), or into one file per day
in a directory structure YYYY/MM/DD (opens a new file at midnight local
time).  Also can log into an RRD database.  Variable sample period,
default 60 seconds.  Can average the readings over the sample period, or
log the instantaneous value.
