Yes, this article is a lot better than the first one. I've emailed Charles Britton from the ACA to ask him if he actually did pledge his support for a two year jail sentence for bypassing the trivial "encryption" found on consumer media, as the SMH article claims. If I get a reply I'll post it on the list.
