G'day All,
There is to be an installfest at the Universtiy of Wollongong over two days: Sat and Sun the 19th and 20th March, 2005, 10am to 4.30pm.
This is not going to be a typical open install fest. It has the clear aim and objective to setup the first year student home computers to be similar to the first year lab computers. The University is running a fairly standard Debian Sarge, so that is what we will be installing.
The Uni is providing a suitable lab for the exercise.
We are calling for volunteers on one, or both, days. People looking at having a week-end away, we'll try and organise billeting, please let me know off list.
