re my SDMS suggestion, I just saw this float by on SDMS ml: ============================================================ Yeah! SDMS appears to be losing the will to live. For those of you interested in an open source doc man system - try http://kt-dms.sourceforge.net/ - at least it appears there is some activity on this one. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Ian Knox Sent: 22 February 2005 16:56 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [sdms-help] Re: SDMS redirection issue after login SDMS is pretty much a dead project I regret to say, but the behavior you = are speaking of is pretty common for people trying to use that release. You = see 2.0 was never really finished-- it was written to be in the top = directory of your website only such as www.foo.com/ NOT www.foo.com/sdms/ so it will = try to redirect all logins to the root of your site. If you don't feel like mucking around with PHP the older version works (mostly... I ended up having to hack the login a bit if I recall) If I ever find myself with a little free time I might try to improve on = 2.0 so it will play nice with subdirectories. -- Ian Knox Technical support/Web programming Office of Publications/CAS ITSP ----------------------------------------------- -- Voytek -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group Mailing List - http://slug.org.au/ Subscription info and FAQs: http://slug.org.au/faq/mailinglists.html
