Is it your equipment in their server room? Or are you leasing the box etc? If the former, now is the time to sting them for new hard drives etc due to the flaky power supply :P If it's a leased box, figure out the down time, then subtract that as a pro-rata amount from next months payment - don't get mad, get even!
