Yes, it only reports 'changed files'. Also for example the rpm database 
files have changed - if you think about it, that's not surprising. Similar 
judgement needs to be applied to all the other packages installed. Mind 
you, if you've installed non-rpm based packages then lots of luck, these 
won't be checked and finding them is also difficult - if rpm -qf 
<filename> reports no package then it's *probably* not from an RPM based 
package.
