Ah well, I've never had a problem with them, other than that nasty thing they did by capping their "unlimited" plans. Still with them after three and a half years...

When I started with optus the phone line was free but after a while it developed a $25 a month charge, and soon after that a flatmate had a use for it so it has stayed.
