I don't have a problem with this, in fact it works fine, but unwrapped lines, when quoted, remain unwrapped and off the side of the screen.

Does anybody else have the problem with Thunderbird not wrapping lines as you type?
I write mails in plain text and have the preference set to wrap the line at 72 chars. However, when typing the message, it wraps at window width + about 3 characters (which is normally about 90 chars). So I end up with a scroll bar and the left margin disappearing. Very annoying!
When I click on Send, the message is rewrapped at 72 characters.
If anybody knows a remedy, I'd be grateful.
Matt.
