I've got a NetgearWG511T/atheros/UbuntuHoary set up which configured automagically and then worked perfectly for a short period (a few days) before dying utterly. So far I haven't been able to figure out why :( If anyone has any suggestions why this should happen, please let me know. I know it isn't the AP cos that continues to function with other clients. Is it possible that it's some sort of hardware/overheating issue? It's a dell laptop that is left on 24/7. Except that it doesn't come back to life unless I re-install or switch to WinME! iwconfig shows a mac of all FF's and ifconfig tells me that ath0 is configured correctly. I'm too stupid to get past that point so any help would be appreciated. If anyone has this combination and it works consistently I would like to know. regards..
