I just did the 'dumb' thing and installed ubuntu, then
solaris10. In different partitions of course.
It works mostly -- boots into the sun boot screen, which gives
me the option of booting from partition 1 (ubuntu).

but that doesn't mention grub :-(
You could always procrastinate: grub support is coming
to solaris10:
