Mac mini does have video out, however you'd need to purchase the
adapter to convert DVI -> composite/RCA out.

Which means you either use it on a monitor, or on a TV etc. You can't
have both hooked up at once as you would do on a PC.

PS. Apple 20" display certainly rocks, I purchased one for my mac mini.
