That's fine for processes that you can tell to use a particular server
and to send mail from a particular access..

You could do this for the perl programs, certainly - but it might
involve more rewriting of perl than Michael is comfortable with
(certainly more than I'm comfortable with in most cases) - but it
wouldn't solve the problem for new programs, or for Cron, or for
anything else which just calls sendmail locally..
