[SLUG] Mysql error

Hi All

 

am having a little trouble betting phpMyAdmin to work under ubuntu.  The error i get is as follows: cannot load mysql extension;
please check PHP configuration

 

Am very new to this so please be a bit forgiving, and thanks for your help
