Argh.  No!  Not bloody again.

I've had words with the inputcore maintainer about the broken
behaviour of mousedev snaffing touchscreen/abs events.  He maintains
that he's doing the right thing.  I think he needs to be taught that
most TS devices report uncalibrated events and not permitting that
behaviour to be compiled out is actually really annoying. *sigh*.

To get you going in the short term, You want lictouch from my itm
driver distribution.  (http://xware.cx/touchscreen/). You should be
able to use it with the touchkitusb driver from 2.6 if it generates
ABS inputcore events.  lictouch WILL require recompilation for use on
breezy however.  This is painful.  read its documentation.
