Tigger is permanent adsl, but I just setup lizzy (www.lizzly.com.au) for my daughter last night. It was absolutely trivial, so I may have missed recalling a step, but its obvious and easy: Yast -> network devices -> modem -> new provider : enter ISP name, user name, passwd, phone number, dhcp learn route, gateway etc. Finish.
