What are the concepts behind documentation 'schemes' such as DocBook. Being non binary does it make self CVS'able ?
Currently there is a whole stack of old documentation in DOC format which is not really maintainable in my eyes. Essentially I looking for a quick theory dive into writing and maintaining documentation.
