The answer a few mail hence about "This is the classic ..." is true but nvidia
have changed the ballgame. I cant tell you how for your distro, but you need
to:
Download and install nvidia driver. (There are no shortcuts, It is licenced
and cannot be distributed, and AFAIK you cannot apt get it in any form
(emerge whatever)
The is much doco about howto with the download, CRT+CRT, LCD+LCD, LCD+TV etc
etc. You can do much more than standard xorg, and it works nicely, but you
can't do the same on the GPL drivers
