I'm trying to configure Internet redundancy for a medium-sized company
using Linux as their primary router/firewall. We had a 2nd ADSL line
connected both from different ISP's so if one link goes down we have
another one going. Please note that I am *not* setting up load balancing.
while the solution shorewall suggests is load balancing of a sort, you
may be able to get it to do what you want:

we have found that when one link goes down, the people in the office
don't notice. it works better than the docs suggest it might :)
