Rpm.
Thanks all for your replies, I'm trying to "keep the faith". It's hard
when you are trying to sell the benefits of Linux for the desktop but
come up against this sort of stuff. Of course setup.exe just raises a
few dialogs, click "next" a few times and then click "finish" and volia,
VMware on XP no dramas. Hard to not feel betrayed by the product that
you are trying to advocate when this is the scenario you face. I've
played with Ubuntu a few times but at the moment, other commercial
products (like matlab for example) tend to only support RH, I'm bending
the friendship a little as it is by using FC.
