is there a way to decode base64 with uudecode ?

# uudecode < test
uudecode: stdin: No `begin' line

file has:

--voicemail_012343058987690970
Content-Type: audio/x-WAV; name="msg0000.WAV"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Description: Voicemail sound attachment.
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="msg0000.WAV"

I don't seem to have much else to use

# munpack
-bash: munpack: command not found
# metamail
-bash: metamail: command not found
