1/ They have multiple e-mail address and receive on one email address but
send from multiple.
2/ They are newbies who would like to get some help, but don't want to
join a high traffic list.
I see your point. I guess the spam filtering on the list has to be
improved then. I don't get any spam, but then, I'm with Gmail and it
filters the crap out pretty well.
