Everyone is invited to celebrate the release (upcoming as of this email)
of Ubuntu 6.06 LTS... tonight... at the Cohi Bar in Darling Harbour [1].
There will be a traditional CD burning ritual, so bring along a blank CD
for full effect.
We are all here, drinking beer and celebrating the release of 6.06 LTS,
which shipped about an hour ago.

Nice one guys!! :D This weekend Ill be putting it on my desktop.. (*waves
good bye to breezy...*)
Upgraded yesterday :D
Just be wary of PCMCIA stuff. Hung my desktop trying to do the install
and setup of PCMCIA stuff. Had to boot to a live CD, mount the desktop
drive, remove the PCMCIA from boot up services (so wouldn't hang during
startup), then boot into it again (x server didn't work due to 3/4
finished upgrade) and continue upgrade with dselect (after a bit of
adjustment to remove PCMCIA). I have no idea if PCMCIA was
selected/installed in Breezy before the upgrade.
