Yeah, we discounted Moin (which we use internally for pretty much all
non-paper documentation) because it doesn't have search facilities for
attachments.  It'd mean keeping a lot of "metadata" in the wiki pages
themselves for the documents, and that's a lot of person overhead ;-)
